Not wonderful.
No exquisite epiphany.
No great thoughtful story.
Just simple
broken
life.
An image
of ordinary strife.
Because broken
won’t always be
beautiful.
Because chaos
won’t always seem
meaningful.
But in its embrace,
Austerity will guide you
through Life’s
imperfect afflictions
through trials
and tribulations,
moulding you
changing you
leading you
into Acceptance
of all that is
rough,
rude,
and irrevocable.
Because that
is Life.
Not always easy.
Not always pretty.
Not always fair.
